The Missions

Since its creation, the Association has successfully pursued its objectives, thanks to its members and volunteers, and has many achievements to its credit: – the reception of pilgrims and all persons interested in the Way of Vézelay from mid-March to mid-October, at the Association’s Permanence in Vézelay:

• advice, answers to questions by phone (answering machine when the office is closed),
• postal and e-mail correspondence,
• completely renovated website and regularly updated information,
• dissemination of information in the field: various presentations and conferences, participation in municipal or association events, responses to requests,
• publication of a newsletter, a spiritual and cultural booklet,
• implementation and maintenance of the marking of the Path by teams of volunteers who ensure a regular follow-up,
• development of hospitality: shelters managed by the Association thanks to volunteer hospital workers, and home hospitality.
